Tickets

  • How do I purchase tickets?


    Click on the BUY TICKETS button. Then Go to the graphic associated with the show you wish to attend and click the Buy Tickets button to begin your transaction. 


    For General Admission, select your desired date and number of tickets. 


    For Reserved events, you will also select your seats. 


    Click the Check Out button to review the tickets in your cart, then enter your contact and payment information, and click Purchase to complete the transaction

  • Will tickets be sold at the door?

    Tickets may be purchased at the door, however, you will save $4.00/ticket if you purchased online.

  • How do I get my ticket(s)?

    ON THE STAGE is an entirely digital ticketing platform, so there are no physical tickets you need to print or pick up. 


    When you arrive at the performance venue, just give your name and/or confirmation code at the check in table and you will be admitted. 


  • Can I exchange my tickets for another date?

    Tickets may be exchanged, or upgraded to Premium Reserved seats. Simply use the Ticket Exchange Form here or on the Box Office drop down menu. 

    Please note: it is not posisble to exhange tickets for a performance that has "SOLD OUT".

  • I accidentally deleted my confirmation email. How can i have it resent?

    Don't worry.  You just need to give your name at the check-in desk.

  • I put tickets in my cart but now they are gone.

    Tickets are only held in your cart for ten minutes after selection. If you do not complete your transaction within that ten-minute period, your previously selected tickets are released.

  • How do I remove tickets from my cart?

    To delete a selection from your cart simply hit the trash can icon to the right of where the price is listed for the seat you wish to remove.

Video on Demand

  • How do I access the video?

    Once you purchase a ticket you will be sent an email confirmation with an access code. This code is specific to you and cannot be shared.

  • How long do I have to watch the video?

    The video is available for the dates noted on the website.  Your ticket can be used anytime during that time. Once you  login and  hit play,  you'll have access to the video for 24 hours.  During this 24 hour period you can fast forward, pause, rewind, or watch it multiple times.

  • What are my options for watching the video?

    Once you purchase your ticket you will recieve a confirmation email with information on the options for watching the video (Apple TV, Roku, computer, etc) as well as a link to access the video.

Parking and Access

  • Where is the entrance to the theater?

    Our main entrance is on Market Street. Look for the sign at the corner directing you to the door.  Note that there are stairs at this entrance.  


    You can also enter from the lower lot, up the ramp, and take the elevator to the first floor.


  • Is there reserved seating?

    Yes,  typically, the first five rows are reserved seats. You can select your seat online when purchasing tickets.


    The remainder of the seating is General Admission on a first come-first serve basis.


    The intimate auditorium holds a maximum of 100 seats. 



  • Is your theater A.D.A. accessible?

    The Farmington Valley Stage company is A.D.A. accessible.


    Parking is available in the lower lot behind the town hall with an entrance on that level.

    Take the elevator to the auditorium on the first floor.


    We'd be happy to direct you to the appropriate entrance as well as reserving wheelchair space, should you require it.

  • Where can I park?

    Parking is free and available on the street as well in in several lots within walking distance to the theater.

  • What are your box office hours?

    The box office and check in opens 30 minutes prior to curtain.


    Auditorium doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain.


    Save $4.00/ticket by purchasing tickets online in advance.


  • Are snacks and beverages available at the theater?

    Prepackaged snacks and beverages are available for purchase at our concession stand  located in the back of the auditorium.
